This Silver is an un-aged Agave Spirit produced from Mt Uncle Distillery's 100% blue agave, grown in the rich volcanic soils of Walkamin, Far North Queensland.
 
The spirit is tenderly distilled and estate bottled in the Atherton Tablelands, giving the spirit a bright and balanced citrus profile.
 
This 'Aussie tequila bianco' gives fresh and light lemongrass leading into sweet herbaceous agave, spice and pepper on the nose. Over the palate, vegetative notes move towards a sugary and peppery finish. Best enjoyed neat or over ice or is superb in a margarita.
