Mt Uncle's Rested Agave Spirit provides the perfect balance between agave and oak. 
 
Golden amber in colour, the spirit has matured in a reconditioned ex-red wine American Oak barrel for two months. The barrel features a heavily blister char that adds additional toasted notes to the spirit and helps to liberate flavours.
 
Fresh citrus and butterscotch notes, biscuit nose is followed by creamy peppercorn spice. Best enjoyed neat or over ice or however you'd drink your tequila reposado.
