Black Pearl is an aniseed base distilled spirit.  The base of star anise is enhanced by the addition of aniseed myrtle. The botanicals include fennel, cassia, caraway and nutmeg with the addition of pepper berry, mango and quandong. A flavour burst of tropical Broome.
