Hill Martin Distillery's No.3 Blushing Pink Gin gets its beautiful pearlescent colour from fresh strawberries and raspberries that father and daughter Gavin and Amy Shaw add to their distillate. 
 
For the base of Blushing Pink Gin, the Shaws use the highest purity alcohol available in Australia and juniper sourced from Hungary. As well as the strawberries and raspberries, HM Distillery add coconut sugar to their traditional gin recipe. 
 
The resultant concentrated gin comes out of the still with an abundance of fresh berry flavours and aromas, perfect for a fresh spring and summery G&T.
