Full Circle have created a bone dry vermouth, created using Semillon and Shiraz grapes that were selected from vineyards on the Fleurieu Peninsula SA.
With 15 different botanicals including wormood, bay leaf, cinnamon and thyme macerated and subsequently fortified, Full Circle's Rosé Vermouth is a classicly inspired vermouth perfect on its own as a digestif or in a multitude of cocktails like martinis and negronis.
