Pink Grapefruit Gin is East Pole's gorgeous citrus bomb with a special hint of pink. The use of pink grapefruit really kicks those citrus characters into the stratosphere, and the addition of riberry balances things with a spicy clove aroma and hint of cinnamon. 
 
Strawberry gum brings a bright, lifted character with strawberry and eucalypt notes. And the final touch here is a hint of sea salt, which balances the flavour profiles of the gin and brings everything together.
