East Pole Distillery uses a clever blend of fresh mango, coconut and lemon myrtle to temper and elevate the flavours of the hero of this gin: native Kakadu plum, which is incredibly tart in its natural form, but when distilled creates incredible notes of stewed apples and subtle jasmine.
This delcious ensemble creates a subtle, natural sweetness and texture on the palate light tropical notes and a distinctive lemony eucalyptus hit to the gin.
Best served with tonic water, a slice of orange and a strawberry.
