Belgrove White Rye is an unaged (new-make) whisky cut at 40% and shows the impressive skill and creativity of owner-distiller Peter Bignell.
 
On the nose, this clear whisky spirit is grainey with dried fruit and spice. To taste, you get pepper, smoke, dried mango and dried berries, bread dough and a creamy mouthfeel. Molasses in the aftertaste leads to a resounding finish.
 
Delicious neat, this new-make is also excellent in cocktails like mule and mojito variants.
