Their Melbourne Dry Gin is appropriately named after their hometown and where their distillery is. 
They spent years making, creating and refining their first gin. A process that seemed endless at the time but was obvious when it arrived. The result is a considered creation and a gin that is big, bold and complex, yet is incredibly smooth and balanced.
