This Bitters is crafted from over twenty botanicals and spices, with saltbush providing the quintessential bittersweet taste.  In perfecting the bitters, Moontide use where possible, locally sourced native and West Australian botanicals.  Moontide Distillery's low alcohol lemon, lime and Roebuck Bay Bitters is refreshingly different but classic.
