Mindfully distilled and matured in apera (sherry) casks, Mill Molasses Rum is made from sustainably sourced NSW high-test molasses navy strength rum, coming in at 67.5% ABV.
 
Full of surprising twists of flavour and uncommon yet bold strokes of personality, this rum has a palate that offers notes of chocolate icing, bread and butter pudding, and roasted walnuts.
