Every step of this boutique silky spirit has all been handmade. It embarked on a slow process involving mashing South Australian barley and allowing it to ferment for two weeks, then the liquid was carefully double distilled before the new make started its four-year maturation in a brand new 100 litre French oak barrel.
The result is a full bodied sweet and spicy spirit with a caramel and ginger flavour profile. On the palate hints of clove, nutmeg, lime, and cacao, finishing with our signature silky buttery mouthfeel.
