Digital Marketing & Communication Assistant - Casual Position

Calling all creatives, we're looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication Assistant (Casual Employment). We are a leading Australian Wholesaler & Exporter of Australian Craft Spirits. Our headquarters is based in our national warehouse / office in Bankstown - Sydney's South West and we operate with an emphasis on providing our customers in Australia and beyond with high-quality boutique craft spirits sourced from authentic Australian Artisan Distilleries.


Due to the rapid growth in our business, we are looking for a Digital Marketing and Communications Assistant to grow their experience within our team. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, we are looking for a candidate who understands and appreciates how a small business operates.

The successful applicant will proactively implement a culture of continuous improvement within the team and assist in regular reviews of all processes, procedures & reporting to ensure currency with business needs.


Your key responsibilities will be

  • Social media projects

  • Trade Marketing projects

  • Brand Management

Preferred requirements

  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

  • Minimum age 18 (you will be working with alcohol)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to present complex quantitative information in an easy to understand manner

  • Ability to work independently and within a team, multi-tasking, time management

  • Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook

  • Quick to master new systems

  • Photography skills

  • Experience with Facebook / Instagram / Snapchat and other social media platforms

  • Drivers License
