'Black Truffle Martini' garnished with burnt butter sage!

STONE PINE BLACK TRUFFLE GIN (2ND EDITION)

Made with fresh local Black Truffles sourced within 50km of Stone Pine Distillery.  This savoury style gin is also distilled with Macedonian Juniper, Coriander Seed, Orris Root, Flaked Salt and Black Pepper. Enjoy in a wet style martini using Lillet Blanc and garnish with burnt butter sage. (See the recipe details below)

 

BLACK TRUFFLE MARTINI RECIPE

  • 4 Parts Stone Pine Black Truffle Gin

  • 1 Part Lillet Blanc

  • Fresh Sage

  • Butter

  • 2 x Juniper Berries (Cones)

METHOD

Stir over ice the Gin & Lillet Blanc and strain into a chilled Coupe or Martini glass.  For the garnish heat a small pan with a tablespoon of butter and juniper and lighlty fry the sage leaf.
