A 10 year journey in the making, this gin is the distiller's masterpiece featuring magically suspended finger lime caviar from the distiller's own 80 acre farm at Kurrajong Heights up on the edge of the Blue Mountains 65km north west of Sydney.
These little balls of limey goodness pop in your mouth when you bite them releasing an aromatic burst of pure citrussy gin, which is different to the gin the caviar is floating in, redefining what you think of a gin and tonic.
