This whisky is medium gold in colour and is well balanced, with subtle aromas of malted barley pushing its way through the complexity of caramel and marzipan.  MORRIS SIGNATURE whisky undergoes final maturation in a combination of MORRIS fortified wine barrels which impart unrivalled flavours of intense, rich fruit with hints of baked spices.  It is extremely well-rounded with supremely rich-depth of character and a pleasantly delicate mouth feel on the finish.
