Inspired by a 1930s recipe that distiller and spirit architect, Odelia Potts, has adapted, the Kings Cross Distillery's Australian Classic Dry Gin is made withh the single shot method and vapour distillation using ‘Miss Pottsy’ the 200-litre still.
 
A mix of classic London dry gin botanicals like juniper, coriander seed and cardamom, and the addition of fresh Sydney organic lemons and a mix of  local Australian native myrtles makes this gin incredibly drinkable. Its gentle citrus notes gather around the savoury notes from the London dry style ingredients making King Cross's Australian Classic Gin so versatile.
