Hill Martin Distillery's No.4 The Twist Gin has been a long time in the making – but now it’s finally here, it may be head distiller Gavin Shaw's new favourite.
 
Similar to HM's award-winning Orange Squeeze Gin, The Twist Gin is heavy on the juniper and coriander – almost double the amount of their other gins. To this highly aromatic base the Shaw family add cinnamon powder and cassia bark for an element of spice. Oris root, lemon and anise myrtles, and fresh sliced lemons complete the mix in the fully-loaded botanical basket to give The Twist Gin its fresh zesty citrus flavour.
