This is Hickson House Distillery's classic London Dry recipe, which incorporates Australian influences in the form of native Old Man Saltbush. A clean, classic gin with a hint of salinity, this gin makes a superb savoury-style martini. 
 
Made with juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, old man saltbush, you'll find prominent juniper and subtle herbaceous aromas, a juniper-forward mid-palate with a coriander spice, and a dry, aromatic and viscous finish that ends a with gentle salinity.
