From darkness comes the light: chocolatey notes of ‘Dark Harmony’, a tryst between Hellyers Roads 17 year old single grain whisky and 2016 single malt, finished in Stout ale casks.
In Hellyers Road casks, Communion Brewing Co. aged their Sovereign Stout and then returned to them, hosting a curious marriage: their expressive 2016 Single Malt harmonised with Hellyers Road's Single Grain whisky, which had matured in darkness for 17 years. A strangely perfect ensemble was born.
