Capricorn Distillery's Coffee Rum is the resulting combination of Queensland’s finest sugarcane, cold-pressed coffee, whole vanilla beans, cocoa beans and ex-bourbon barrel ageing.
After pot distilling their molasses-base rum ageing it in oak barrels for a minimum of two years, Capricorn blend it with the coffee, vanilla and cacoa for a beautifully balanced spirit that's as invigorating as it is delicious.
