The fourth release Oat Whisky aged for 3 years and cut at 59.1%. This is a grain to glass model with the obvious benefit that all aspects are under Peter Bignell's control. Previous releases have shown a great promise and a steady progression toward sheer brilliance. Made with a mash bill of Oats, Rye, Malted Barley and Wheat all grown on site at Belgrove Distillery.
