The Aussie Tipple Company is a collaboration between some of Australia’s best artisan liquor producers and Nip of Courage. Every recipe has been created by a professional bartender and made to their exacting standards. Founded by Peter Bignell, a sixth generation Tasmanian farmer, Belgrove Distillery was the first rye distillery in Australia, and is the only bio-fueled distillery in the world. Belgrove Distillery is one of few whisky distilleries in Australia that is paddock to bottle. This means all of the grain is grown on site, harvested, distilled, aged and bottled at the Distillery location. Peter constructed the copper pot still that he uses and also reconditions and chars his own barrels for ageing whisky himself.

Ian Glen, founder of Stone Pine Distillery, has devoted his entire career to malting, brewing and distilling in Australia and abroad. Ian's distilling philosophy is simple; he uses high quality raw materials and keeps processing to a minimum in order to showcase natural flavours. Ian never uses additives or preservatives and uses locally grown produce. Stone Pine Distillery produces award-winning gin and high quality, small batch rum.
TIMBOON RAILWAY SHED DISTILLERY
Inspired by the local history, distiller Josh Walker seeks to make Timboon famous once again for its high quality whisky. This distillery is a tribute to the 200 year old distilling history in the region. The whisky made at Timboon Railway Shed Distillery is a single malt whisky, distilled in a pot still, using malted barley as the only grain ingredient. Josh's inspirations are the great single malts of Scotland and the Isles, so it’s only natural that his own whisky is made to the same time honoured traditions.
Imbue Distillery brings you spirits rich with flavour and imbued with the story of founders Mel & Mick Sheard. Mel & Mick share 30 years experience in Melbourne’s food industry from retail to wholesale, bakeries & hatted restaurants. They’re not afraid to play with flavours and push the boundaries to bring both new and nostalgic experiences. These newcomers are a distillery to watch out for and we are excited to have them onboard with their sustainable practices and left of field creative approach to distilling.

Karu Distillery is set in the 'Devil's Wilderness', and brings a wild side to distilling quality and contemporary gin. Ally and Nick Ayres have released their first two gin lines, but continue to experiment with different gin techniques, and may even have some rum or whisky on the horizon.They admit they may not be from a long line of distillers, but the line needs to start somewhere. We are looking forward to seeing what this dynamic duo can bring to the table in the craft Australian spirits scene.
